You can explore your database application with my Sql Db support in Netbeans 6.1 IDE you can down load mysql from www.mysql.com or www.sun.com ,bcoz mysql database is now part of SunMicrosystems .MYsql DB tools and java (j connector also availabele on www.mysql.com MySql Db tools also available on above site
